According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Maine was 7.3% (sa) in June, 2012. Among all Maine counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Washington (9.5%), Oxford (9.3%), and Somerset (9.1%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Cumberland (5.8%), Knox (6%), and Sagadahoc (6.1%).
