According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Minnesota was 3.9% (sa) in April, 2006. Among all Minnesota counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Roseau (11.8%), Clearwater (11%), and Marshall (9.9%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Rock (2.7%), Stevens (3.1%), and Nobles (3.1%).
