According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Minnesota was 4.1% (sa) in January, 2006. Among all Minnesota counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Clearwater (15.7%), Roseau (14.8%), and Marshall (11.7%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Clay (3.6%), Rock (3.7%), and Nicollet (3.8%).
