According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Minnesota was 5.4% (sa) in January, 2013. Among all Minnesota counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Clearwater (15.8%), Kanabec (12.3%), and Marshall (12%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Rock (4.2%), Olmsted (4.9%), and Nicollet (5.1%).
