According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New Jersey was 4.1% (sa) in April, 2007. Among all New Jersey counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Cape May (7.2%), Cumberland (6.1%), and Atlantic (5.5%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Hunterdon (2.6%), Somerset (2.8%), and Morris (2.8%).
