According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New Jersey was 4.1% (sa) in January, 2007. Among all New Jersey counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Cape May (10.6%), Cumberland (8%), and Atlantic (6.8%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Morris (3.2%), Hunterdon (3.2%), and Somerset (3.4%).
