According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New Jersey was 4.1% (sa) in May, 2007. Among all New Jersey counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Cumberland (5.9%), Cape May (5.6%), and Atlantic (5.5%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Hunterdon (2.6%), Morris (2.8%), and Somerset (3%).
