According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New Jersey was 9.2% (sa) in July, 2009. Among all New Jersey counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Cumberland (12.7%), Passaic (11.7%), and Atlantic (11.6%).
On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Hunterdon (7.3%), Cape May (7.4%), and Morris (7.6%).
