According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New Jersey was 9.4% (sa) in June, 2011. Among all New Jersey counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Cumberland (12.8%), Atlantic (12.2%), and Salem (12%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Hunterdon (7.1%), Morris (7.3%), and Somerset (7.7%).
