According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New Jersey was 9.2% (sa) in December, 2012. Among all New Jersey counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Cape May (19.8%), Atlantic (13.6%), and Cumberland (13.2%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Hunterdon (6.3%), Morris (6.6%), and Somerset (6.8%).
