According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New Jersey was 7.8% (sa) in October, 2013. Among all New Jersey counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Cape May (12.4%), Atlantic (10.9%), and Cumberland (10.4%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Hunterdon (5.4%), Morris (5.8%), and Somerset (6%).
