According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New Jersey was 5.8% (sa) in June, 2015. Among all New Jersey counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Atlantic (9.4%), Cumberland (8.6%), and Cape May (8.2%).
On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Hunterdon (4.4%), Morris (4.5%), and Somerset (4.7%).
