According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New Jersey was 5% (sa) in July, 2016. Among all New Jersey counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Cumberland (7.9%), Atlantic (7.1%), and Salem (6.9%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Hunterdon (4.2%), Morris (4.3%), and Somerset (4.5%).
