According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New Jersey was 3.9% (sa) in December, 2019. Among all New Jersey counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Cape May (10.2%), Cumberland (6.3%), and Salem (5.4%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Morris (2.7%), Hunterdon (2.7%), and Bergen (2.8%).
