According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New Jersey was 3.3% (sa) in July, 2019. Among all New Jersey counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Cumberland (6.2%), Salem (5.3%), and Cape May (4.8%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Hunterdon (3%), Somerset (3.1%), and Morris (3.1%).
