According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New Jersey was 14.4% (sa) in July, 2020. Among all New Jersey counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Atlantic (25.2%), Passaic (19.1%), and Essex (17.9%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Hunterdon (11.1%), Mercer (11.7%), and Morris (12%).
