According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New Jersey was 4.8% (sa) in March, 2024. Among all New Jersey counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Cape May (10.3%), Cumberland (7.1%), and Atlantic (6.5%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Hunterdon (3.8%), Morris (4%), and Mercer (4.1%).
