According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New Mexico was 5.5% (sa) in August, 2002. Among all New Mexico counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Grant (11.1%), Mora (9.8%), and Luna (9.6%).
