According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New Mexico was 6.1% (sa) in September, 2003. Among all New Mexico counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Grant (11.2%), Luna (10.8%), and De Baca (9.9%).
