According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New Mexico was 3.6% (sa) in April, 2007. Among all New Mexico counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Luna (11.8%), Mora (7.6%), and Guadalupe (4.7%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Los Alamos (2%), Lea (2.3%), and Union (2.5%).
