According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New Mexico was 7.1% (sa) in March, 2011. Among all New Mexico counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Luna (22.1%), Mora (12%), and Catron (11.7%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Los Alamos (3%), De Baca (4.2%), and Union (4.5%).
