According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New Mexico was 6.6% (sa) in March, 2016. Among all New Mexico counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Luna (17.9%), Catron (9.4%), and Mora (9.2%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Union (3.9%), Los Alamos (4%), and De Baca (4.2%).
