According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New Mexico was 6.6% (sa) in February, 2017. Among all New Mexico counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Luna (19.4%), Sierra (9.9%), and Mora (9.5%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Los Alamos (4.2%), De Baca (4.3%), and Union (4.7%).
