According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New Mexico was 5.2% (sa) in December, 2018. Among all New Mexico counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Luna (14.7%), Torrance (7.6%), and Catron (7.4%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Eddy (3.2%), Los Alamos (3.3%), and Union (3.7%).
