According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New Mexico was 3.4% (sa) in August, 2022. Among all New Mexico counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Luna (6.6%), McKinley (5.4%), and Mora (5.4%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Los Alamos (2.1%), Union (2.6%), and De Baca (2.8%).
