According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Ohio was 6.1% (sa) in January, 2004. Among all Ohio counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Morgan (14.1%), Meigs (14%), and Adams (13.1%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Delaware (4.8%), Holmes (4.9%), and Medina (5.1%).
