According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Ohio was 6.3% (sa) in July, 2004. Among all Ohio counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Meigs (10.9%), Monroe (10.2%), and Morgan (10.2%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Geauga (4.2%), Holmes (4.3%), and Delaware (4.6%).
