According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Ohio was 8.7% (sa) in September, 2011. Among all Ohio counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Pike (15.2%), Adams (13.5%), and Clinton (12.8%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Geauga (5.6%), Medina (6%), and Holmes (6.2%).
