According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Ohio was 7.6% (sa) in July, 2013. Among all Ohio counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Meigs (12.1%), Adams (11.9%), and Scioto (11.9%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Mercer (5.1%), Holmes (5.3%), and Delaware (5.6%).
