According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Ohio was 3.7% (sa) in January, 2024. Among all Ohio counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Meigs (7.8%), Ottawa (7.6%), and Adams (7.3%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Mercer (2.5%), Holmes (2.8%), and Auglaize (2.9%).
