According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Oklahoma was 6.1% (sa) in March, 2009. Among all Oklahoma counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Noble (12.4%), McCurtain (10.9%), and Hughes (10.6%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Grant (3.5%), Beaver (3.6%), and Harper (3.7%).
