Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the total population of the US was 329.73M. Among all US states and DC, California was the most populated state (39.46M), followed by Texas (28.86M), and then Florida (21.34M).
On the other hand, the least populated states were: Wyoming (576.64K), Vermont (641.64K), and District of Columbia (683.15K),
