Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Illinois was 2,600,675 and represented 28.47% of the total Illinois citizen voting-age population.

Among all Illinois counties, Cook had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (1.76M), followed by DuPage (481.84K), and Lake (341.35K).

In terms of percentages, Shelby had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (98.09%), followed by Cumberland (97.89%), and Wayne (97.82%).
