Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for California was 998,375 and represented 3.83% of the total California citizen voting-age population.

Among all California counties, Los Angeles had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (610.98K), followed by Alameda (131.86K), and San Bernardino (125.29K).

In terms of percentages, Solano had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (14.89%), followed by Alameda (11.94%), and Sacramento (10.21%).
