Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2024, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Oklahoma was 106,827 and represented 3.65% of the total Oklahoma citizen voting-age population.

Among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (61.59K), followed by Tulsa (38.91K), and Cleveland (18.77K).

In terms of percentages, Texas had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (36.35%), followed by Harmon (25.00%), and Tillman (22.25%).
