Among all Kentucky cities and places with a population of 10K or higher, Mount Washington city had the highest percentage of its Black or African American Alone population (aged 25 years and above) with an educational attainment of Some College or Associates Degree (100.00%), followed by Fort Campbell North CDP (64.02%), and Fort Thomas city (55.44%).
