Among all Maine cities and places with a population of 10K or higher, Augusta city had the highest percentage of its Black or African American Alone population (aged 25 years and above) with an educational attainment of Bachelors or Higher (78.61%), followed by Saco city (58.04%), and Brunswick CDP (49.50%).
