Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of the Minnesota Black or African American Alone population (aged 25 years and above) who had an educational attainment of High School Graduate or Equivalent was 25.65%. Among all Minnesota cities and places with a population of 10K or higher, Cloquet city had the highest percentage of its Black or African American Alone population (aged 25 years and above) with an educational attainment of High School Graduate or Equivalent (90.54%), followed by Albert Lea city (80.32%), and North Mankato city (70.39%).
