Among all Ohio cities and places with a population of 10K or higher, Fostoria city had the highest percentage of its Non-Hispanic White Alone population (aged 25 years and above) with an educational attainment of High School Graduate or Equivalent (52.38%), followed by Blacklick Estates CDP (51.71%), and Bucyrus city (51.12%).
