Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of the US Black or African American Alone population (aged 25 years and above) who had an educational attainment of Less than High School Diploma was 12.79%. Among all US states and DC, Mississippi had the highest percentage of its Black or African American Alone population (aged 25 years and above) with an educational attainment of Less than High School Diploma (18.69%), followed by Minnesota (18.58%), and Louisiana (18.38%).
