Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the US Foreign-Born population who were born in China was 2,815,423, which was 6.28% of the total US Foreign-Born population.

Among US states, California had the highest number of its Foreign-Born population who were born in China (963,119 people), followed by New York (483,515 people), and Texas (148,969).
