Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 2,984,456 New York Black Alone population, 94.01% of them had a health insurance coverage (i.e. 2,805,558 people), and 5.99% did not have a health insurance coverage (i.e. 178,898 people).
