Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, there were 3,868,582 people in Texas with Medicare Health Insurance Coverage (i.e. 13.62% of Texas population).
Among those with Medicare health insurance coverage, 1.22% of them belonged to the Under 19 Years age group, 12.46% of them belonged to the 19 to 64 Years age group, and 86.32% of them belonged to the 65 Years and Over age group.
