According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2021, the number of births for New York was 205,414. Kings County had the highest number of births (33,117), followed by Queens County (23,189), and Bronx County (16,929) On the other hand, Hamilton County had the lowest number of births (23), followed by Schuyler County (172), and Essex County (248).
