According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 158,522 people who identified as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone in South Carolina, which was 3.10% of the total South Carolina population.

Greenville County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone (28,666), followed by Charleston County (14,142), and Spartanburg County (13,830). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone were: McCormick County (31), Bamberg County (47), and Marlboro County (112).
