According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 1,368,978 people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone in Pennsylvania, which was 10.53% of the total Pennsylvania population.

Philadelphia County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone (613,835), followed by Allegheny County (161,554), and Delaware County (127,055). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone were: Cameron County (12), Potter County (43), and Elk County (74).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identify as Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone, Philadelphia County had the highest percentage (38.27%), followed by Delaware County (22.03%), and Forest County (17.71%).
