According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 260,798 people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Two Or More Races in Colorado, which was 4.52% of the total Colorado population.

El Paso County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Two Or More Races (46,374), followed by Arapahoe County (33,450), and Denver County (30,121). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Two Or More Races were: San Juan County (30), Mineral County (36), and Hinsdale County (42).
