According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone in North Carolina was 19,391; and represented 0.24% of the total North Carolina voting-age population.

Mecklenburg County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (2,705), followed by Wake County (2,043), and Durham County (1,066).
