According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone in Pennsylvania was 30,334; and represented 0.29% of the total Pennsylvania voting-age population.

Philadelphia County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone (9,598), followed by Lehigh County (2,644), and Berks County (2,155). On the other hand, the three counties with low Hispanic - Black or African American Alone voting-age population were: Sullivan County (0), Potter County (0), and Huntingdon County (0).
