According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone in South Carolina was 6,677; and represented 0.17% of the total South Carolina voting-age population.

Richland County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone (1,234), followed by Greenville County (589), and Charleston County (540). On the other hand, the three counties with low Hispanic - Black or African American Alone voting-age population were: Calhoun County (8), Allendale County (9), and McCormick County (14).
